The FCCA Online Auction – Get Ready for Great Christmas Shopping!
Pembroke Pines, FL. (November 24, 2008) – The FCCA, invite you to jump on board and set sail on our Annual Online Auction. The FCCA Foundation’s auction has been one of the main fundraisers over the years and this year guests will have the opportunity to bid on items, such as destination vacation packages, and cruises donated by industry partners.
Proceeds from the auction benefit the Foundation, to fund a myriad of humanitarian causes throughout the Caribbean and Latin America, which to date has raised over $3 million and impacted hundreds of thousands of citizens.
Each holiday season the FCCA and its Member Lines remember 8,000 children that Santa’s list omitted and deliver smiles throughout 36 destinations. The Environmental Poster Competition brings awareness and scholastic scholarships to a good portion of competitors while allowing them the chance to display their abilities; the FCCA Essay Competition seeks to reward participants for their efforts. The FCCA Foundation also provides funding to assist the athletes of the Caribbean Special Olympics to provide sporting equipment and uniforms. Each dollar spent sees more residual gains than the most rewarding investment.
The auction, which is open to everyone with a valid email address goes live for bidding on December 1st and ends at 5:00pm on December 12, 2008. Visit http://fcca.auctionanything.com beginning November 28th to register and browse items available for bidding.
